Happy 21st Birthday, Michael! You are now free from every age-limit constraint which American society (and the State of California) imposes upon its citizens. Kinda' odd, though, that the same government which trained you (over two years ago now) to handle and shoot a pistol, with the full expectation that you will use it, if they call upon you to do so, is just now giving you the right to purchase one for yourself?
